Privacy policy

This policy explains what ClaimGap collects, why, and who processes it.

What we collect

• Account details: your email address, and the company name, phone, address and license number you enter in settings.
• Claim files: the estimates, measurement reports and photos you upload, and the data we extract from them. These can include homeowner names, addresses and policy numbers.
• Billing: your plan and payment history. Card details are entered directly with Stripe; we never see or store them.

How we use it

Only to run ClaimGap: to read your documents, find missing items, build your packets, keep your claims tracker and bill you. We do not sell personal information or use your files for advertising.

Who processes it

• Supabase stores your account, claims and files in a private, access-controlled database and storage bucket.
• Anthropic provides the AI that reads your documents. Files are sent to its API for processing; Anthropic does not use API data to train its models.
• Stripe processes payments.
• Google (Gmail) delivers our sign-in emails.
• Vercel hosts the application.

Retention and deletion

Your claims and files stay in your account until you delete them. Deleting a claim permanently removes its uploaded files. To delete your whole account, email us and we will remove your data within 30 days, except billing records we must keep by law.

Security

Data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Each account can access only its own claims and files.
